Raised by Noise, Rooted in silence

Every living soul is thirsty for knowledge and peace. Are human beings really that complex? What shapes a sound and rational life, one in which a person is fair to themselves and those around them? It all begins with our environment. Our surroundings play a powerful role in shaping our awareness, health, and choices. And what does a truly healthy environment look like? One filled with solitude, trees and birds, nourishing food, clean water, fewer distractions, and deep, restful sleep. If these basic needs are met, the next natural steps are simple: the joy of books, meaningful social gatherings, physical movement, and acts of kindness. None of these things is beyond reach, but there is a catch, and it lies in greed. Why do people become greedy and insecure? If everyone has access to the same piece of bread and clean water, what drives someone to want more than they need? Often, it stems from an imbalance, such as growing families that outpace the system’s capacity to support them. A conscious decision to keep families small can be a form of compassion, a way to share resources wisely and avoid unnecessary competition. More people mean more needs and more chances for scarcity, envy, and fear. So, how do we break this cycle? How can people become conscious of their choices and move toward stability, not just for themselves but for others?

Life is not entirely out of control. We have the power to shape much of it, but only if we pause, reflect, and truly listen to our inner voice. Too often, we follow the crowd, lose ourselves in noise, and forget to ask: What do I believe? How do we teach people to introspect, to realize that self-reflection is not a luxury but a path to clarity? It begins with how we treat one another — with love, dignity, and respect. Unconditional love and humility are among the only forces that can truly soften a hardened heart. But again, how does someone learn to love if they have never felt it?

Where do we find love when there is none around us?

The truth is, we all were loved once, as babies. And that original love never left us; it simply fell asleep beneath layers of pain and noise. That love still lives inside, like a hidden reservoir. And if we can learn to love ourselves truly and deeply, love begins to awaken, to shine outward, quietly transforming the world around us. Sometimes, unlocking that love takes nothing more than silence, stillness, or the right moment of reflection.

But who helps us unlock it? Externally, many things can awaken the love within us: a person, a life experience, a quiet moment under the sky. Sometimes, it’s a presence found in nature, in deep rest, in truth, or in the rare grace of being truly seen. Sometimes, it’s a question. Sometimes, it’s this very moment. And in the depth of my soul, I feel an ocean of love, vast, alive, and swaying me between stillness and chaos. It does not push or pull but gently invites me to choose my path toward light and happiness. Somewhere within, I know I hold the key. And I shall unlock it, not just to become the version of myself I have always longed to be, but to offer that wholeness to others as well.

Because love, once remembered, is not just a feeling, it becomes a way of being.
